As a Specialist Exercise Referral Personal Trainer, I will work with you in a holistic (physical, emotional and spiritual) way to establish and help you reach your own unique goals.
Initial consultation – this will take around an hour. In this totally confidential, no-obligation session we’ll discuss your health and fitness levels – past and current, any injuries / illnesses / medications, lifestyle, goals and barriers to change, and anything else you wish to talk about. We will then discuss ways I can help you, and will talk through options for the way forward.
Subsequent sessions – these will follow the agreed plan, which will be periodically reviewed. They will be at a mutually agreeable time and venue. They could be 1-2-1 sessions, or small group (3 – 4 people) sessions. The frequency and length of the sessions will be dependent on your specific goals and their timescale.
