Today is Day 1 of my ‘100-day Challenge’. I thought I’d beat the rush of New Year (don’t agree / like the idea of New Year’s Resolutions anyway) and start to make some small, sustainable, barely-noticeable changes to continue to improve my life.
Over the next 100 days I’ll be writing about what I’m doing and how well it’s going. The Challenge will finish on Fri 7th April 2017.
Each day I will: weigh myself and plot my weight on a graph; start a daily routine of 10 press ups, 5 sit ups, and ‘hanging’ on a pull up bar for a few seconds – each week the reps & time will be increased.
There are other changes coming… but that’s enough for now! Off to do my press ups, sit ups and hanging…
